Fused Glass Piece Giveaway

This post may contain affiliate links

I love to support local artisans and especially when they produce pretty and useful items. I prefer to know that my money supports local people who need the income more than a major shopping chain.

I know a few of our friends are boycotting spending their money with Amazon this year. I haven’t really followed up to find out what the issues are but hey ho.

I have been trying to think of ways to support local artisans hence why I have a little giveaway for you this week. We are giving away two fused glass items that make nice decor pieces.

These pieces are made by our friend Helen who runs Butterfly Effects Studio

Helen runs some small, fun artsy classes and we’ve been so blessed to be a part of several of these. They’re ideal for small groups like having your girlfriends all together for a day of fun, food, laughter, and oh, craft.

At Helen’s craft sessions, I’ve done some needle felting, painting, journal making, card making, and resin craft. The sessions are relaxing and you get to receive one-to-one attention. It’s just so stress-free and relaxing and that’s why I enjoy the sessions so much. Not to mention the fact that you come away with the item/items you create during the session.

I would strongly recommend a session with Helen and you most definitely won’t be disappointed. You can check out some of her work on her Instagram page.

Here’s a little photo of my journal cover I made at one of the sessions.

This Instagram post I really love because if you swipe, you can actually see some of the progress made during the making of the felted pieces.

I haven’t been able to try the fused glass work yet but I love that you can choose to experience this at a workshop among friends.

Helen has kindly agreed to giveaway two fused glass pieces to two lucky persons here in the UK. You can be in with a chance of winning one of the beautiful pieces by following the instructions below.
